و بدأ عصر شهادة Master ICDL
بسبب إنتشارها و إستهلاكها بين المصريين , أصدرت اليونسكو هذه الشهادة الجديدة لتميز حاملها في سوق العمل عن الشهادة المستهلكة

It was an advertisement that i got in Alexandria.. Don't believe anything you hear,
Guyz we are in the Era of Technology, everything is at your fingertip, before you apply for such thing, search for it on the internet ..
For this Certificate, I wrote on Google : Master+ICDL
and guess what ?? all the results were arabic websiites, means that we are the only people saying this. I also check the website of the UNESCO for confirmation about this and I only got this page

which means UNESCO only has ICDL, and will only have ICDL , there will be nothing called Master ICDL ..
Every body, Please don't believe everything you hear ..
This was a place called Syllabus , منحة القرية الذكية
The only certificaion available other than this on the UNESCO's website was ( Advanced ICDL ) and this is not the one mentioned here ...
And Even if it is consumed between Egyptians, as they said, Would that be a justification for the certificate to be old ???
Mini Master of Business Administration ( Mini MBA )
This MBA which is provided by Knowledge Academy and some other places that are not accredited, provide this Mini MBA program, Because they know that the prices of the REAL MBAs is much more expensive, so, they offer a substitute.
Though, when you ask HR Managers, and Professionals, people who actually are responsible for recruitment and they will give you the same answer, that you shouldn't waste your :
- Time
- Money
- Effort
In a course that will not move you anywhere ..
and If we are just chatting, Did you ever hear about someone working in a university and got a Mini MBA, then made his Masters ??
It's the same story, MBA is a Master , there's nothing called Mini Master
By the way, It's only known in Middle East ..
Watch out everybody, and If you thought anything is suspicious, search it online on Accredited Website

ReplyDeleteMini MPA ... is not a certificate but it is some how a workshop to get to know the basic principles of MBA
ReplyDeleteand some universities actually teach it but for cooperates only when thet want to improve their staff capacity without spending lots of time
it is used as a scam in Egypt but it is widely accepted in other places

Do you have any prove as i am planning to complete my Mini MBA in HRM there. Please advice:9
What I wanted to say was that, the Mini MBA itself, is not accredited, and that includes all the training centers providing that kind of training ( as you know, in universities there's MBA, and PhD, nothing less, and nothing in between)
ReplyDeleteSo, as you saw on the chart provided from Knowledge Academy's website, it's a blend of courses, In which there's the HR Certificate, from HRCI, which is not accredited also, because the HRCI is a testing center, and the Society for Human Resources Management is the one who can approve the Courses not the HRCI
